Important: This product is a screen-printing system, not a standalone laser engraver. A compatible xTool laser machine is required to create the stencil and is sold separately. Kit contents may vary by supplier package—please confirm the included items before ordering.

Shipping information

Orders are delivered throughout Namibia. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Orders are reserved for two calendar days while EFT payment is pending. Unpaid orders may then be cancelled and the products returned to stock.

Warranty, Returns & Support

12-Month Warranty
This product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty claims are subject to assessment. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, power surges, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

If you experience a problem with your product, please contact NamTronics. We will assist with troubleshooting and, where applicable, arrange the warranty assessment, repair or replacement process.
