Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Within Namibia
We currently ship to all regions within Namibia. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Windhoek: 1–3 business days
• Major towns: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain threshold — check our website for current promotions.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at namtronicsna@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. NamTronics is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
