xTool S1 40W Enclosed Laser Cutter Kit with Riser Base & RA2 Pro

The xTool S1 40W Kit is a powerful, fully enclosed diode laser system designed for professional cutting, engraving and product personalisation. This bundle includes the xTool S1 40W laser machine, S1 Riser Base and RA2 Pro rotary attachment, allowing you to process both flat materials and cylindrical or curved objects.

Its 40W diode laser provides greater cutting power and production efficiency than the 20W model. Under suitable conditions, it can cut wood up to 18mm and black acrylic up to 15mm in a single pass.

The S1 can engrave wood, leather, paper, MDF, bamboo, fabric, coated metal, ceramic, stone and selected dark opaque acrylic. Its enclosed design, advanced safety system and accurate pin-point positioning make it suitable for businesses, workshops, schools and experienced makers.

Please note: This model uses a 40W diode laser, not an infrared laser. It can engrave coated and selected metals, but the optional 2W 1064nm IR module is recommended for fine marking on bare metals and certain plastics. A diode laser cannot normally cut clear or light-coloured transparent acrylic. Cutting performance varies according to the material, thickness and selected settings.
