The xTool F1 Ultra combines a 20W fibre laser and a 20W blue diode laser in one fast, versatile machine. It is designed for professional engraving, personalisation, batch production and small-business applications across an exceptionally wide range of metal and non-metal materials.
The 20W fibre laser provides precise marking, deep engraving, relief engraving and limited cutting of thin metal sheets. It is suitable for stainless steel, aluminium, brass, titanium, gold, silver, platinum and selected plastics.
The 20W diode laser handles common non-metal materials such as wood, leather, paper, MDF, bamboo, fabric, stone, ceramic and selected dark opaque acrylic. This combination allows one machine to create jewellery, metal tags, tumblers, tools, signage, gifts, décor and branded products.

Shipping information
Orders are delivered throughout Namibia. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Orders are reserved for two calendar days while EFT payment is pending. Unpaid orders may then be cancelled and the products returned to stock.
Warranty, Returns & Support
12-Month Warranty
This product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing
defects from the date of purchase.
Warranty claims are subject to assessment. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, power surges, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
If you experience a problem with your product, please contact NamTronics. We will assist with troubleshooting and, where applicable, arrange the warranty assessment, repair or replacement process.
